We operate as a micro coffee roaster. Our speciality is in providing the worlds finest and rarest boutique coffees. Firing up the roaster for the first time in 2010, we have been on a mission to source high quality coffee, roast it, cup it and share in the experience of the distinct qualities, unique characteristics, delicate and intense flavours that these coffees have to offer.

Even Up The Scores coffee bar is located in Tyalgum NSW, known to the locals as "Flutterbucks". The roaster, barista and owner "Archaeus Adidam" roasts beans daily and serves these boutique coffees over the bar. 

We have exclusivly sourced coffees from:

* The "Cup Of Excellence" - Awards given to the highest scored blind tasted coffee within differnent countries. 

*Private auctions - Coffee that have only been released in auctions from boutique coffee farms

*Micro and Speciality Lots - Where quality is more than quanity. These micro and speciality lots only grow a small amount each year for distribution. 

*Rare micro lot species that include Geisha 

Each origin coffee speaks for itself in quality and flavour. 

We hold and maintain a high quality product. No coffee sits in stock waiting to be sold. We personally roast, package and post all coffee to order.
